Sagar Foundry Pvt. Ltd., a leading foundry manufacturing specialist in Cast Iron (C.I.) and Spheroidal Graphite (S.G.) iron castings, was established in 1975 and is located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
After more than 40 years of development and growth, we now provide services to a wide range of sectors, including general engineering, hydraulics, construction, and agriculture.
Solutions for Industrial Casting
Our Industrial Casting division provides high-performance castings for heavy-duty industries, including manufacturing machinery, mining, construction equipment, and power generation.
Our parts include conveyor system components, machine bases, structural supports, specialized gears, and housings designed to withstand high temperatures and loads.
Excellence in Infrastructure and Process
- We have the following equipment at our state-of-the-art facility in Ravki Village, Lodhika, Rajkot: Arpa 450 green sand molding line: precision molding in large quantities
- A fully automated no-bake sand plant that can mix up to 6 tonnes per hour
- HMC, VMC, turning centers, and a dedicated tool room are examples of in-house machining units.
- Hardness tester, universal testing machine, and spectrometer in a quality-testing lab
Quality, Capabilities, and Materials
With an annual production capacity of 4,300 MT, we handle all grades of cast iron and ductile iron, with weight capacities ranging from 3 kg to 450 kg and dimensions up to 700 × 600 × 600 mm.
Thorough testing, such as breed-sand analysis, chemical spectrometry, and hardness and tensile strength tests, ensures quality, and our systems satisfy ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
