How to turn on chat translation on WhatsApp?

Whether you're chatting with international friends, colleagues, or clients, these solutions can help you understand and respond in different languages without leaving the app. Here's how you can turn on Whatsapp Translation  in a few simple steps.

Android (Using Google Translate Tap to Translate)

1. Install Google Translate from the Play Store.

2. Open the app and tap your profile icon > Settings > Tap to Translate.

3. Turn on Tap to Translate and allow permissions.

4. Open WhatsApp, go to a chat in another language.

5. Copy the message you want to translate.

6. A Google Translate bubble will appear – tap it.

7. The translated message will show instantly.

You can also copy and paste messages manually into the Translate app.

iPhone (Using Translate App or Copy-Paste)
