Flying with Etihad Airways? The calmness and organization of the jfk airport etihad airways terminal astonished me. Etihad's area seemed calmer despite the typical JFK congestion. The personnel was enthusiastic and helpful without being intrusive, and check-in was handled efficiently. The lounge had good snacks and lots of space. Additionally, the boarding procedure went smoothly. In general, the encounter gave me the impression that I was already in flight. A hassle-free airport is always a plus!
