Visit registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in or use the “Tourist Care Uttarakhand”

Sign up with your name, mobile, email. Verify via OTP, create password 

Fill the tour creation form: travel dates, pilgrim count, mode of travel (on foot/road/helicopter), and vehicle details if applicable 

Add pilgrim info: name, age, gender, Aadhar (now mandatory), ID proof, emergency contact & relationship 

Upload ID and passport-size photo, verify OTP, submit & download e‑pass with QR code 

E‑pass mandatory for temple & route entry; no fees involved
