Victor and Mary came from the party and they started finding Mahesh their house help. They find Mahesh lying unconscious on the floor. They take him up and Mahesh started telling everything to them. So, they opened up the room and saw all the things are messed up. They enter the room and a voice came that “This house is mine, and it will be mine”. After listening this Victor ,Mary and Mahesh his immediately leave the house. Because they know the soul of man in the house will don’t let anyone stay in the house. So, this is why it is the most haunted house of Shimla.
After the independence the Charleville Mansion is allotted to the Indian man. He renovate it and then leave the house because of the soul in the mansion. It is believed by the local people of Shimla, the person who first made this house attempted suicide in the mansion. So, his soul always remain in the mansion and don’t let anybody stay here.
