1. Paneer Masala
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
200g cubed paneer
1 cup ShimlaRed Tomato Puree
2 tbsp ShimlaRed Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Garnish with fresh coriander
Instructions:
Take a pan and put some oil or ghee over a medium flame.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2 minutes.
Now, add ShimlaRed Tomato Puree, spices, and salt to taste.
Stir until the oil separates from the mixture.
Next, add paneer cubes to the mixture and let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati (or Indian flatbread) or rice.

2. Quick Tomato Egg Curry

Ingredients:
4 boiled, halved eggs
1 cup ShimlaRed Tomato Puree
2 tbsp ShimlaRed Ginger Garlic Paste
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Garnishing with freshly chopped coriander
Instructions:
Take a pan, and add oil over a medium flame.
Add ShimlaRed Ginger Garlic Paste along with chopped onion. Stir for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden.
Now, add tomato puree with spices and salt to taste. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Add boiled eggs and let it simmer for 5 minutes in tomato gravy.
Turn off the flame, garnish with coriander, and serve hot with roti (Indian flatbread) or rice.
