As already said, the town is home to hundreds of temples, which in one or another way are connected either with Lord Krishna or Radha and are loved for their special atmosphere and architectural vision. 1. Banke Bihari Temple

The temple which is known as Banke Bihari Temple is said to be one of the most favorite and possibly the most favorite temple in Vrindavan. Newly designed Vedic style temple of Lord Krishna A black deity of Banke Bihari is installed here, and there is an awesome tale behind this idol; this venerated deity was found by none other than the great saint Swami Haridas. This temple is quite popular and has a uniqueness where it does not possess bells to be rung or conch shells to be blown by breaking the calmness of the temple environment.

2. ISKCON Temple

Other famous spiritual places include ISKCON Temple otherwise known as Sri Krishna Balaram Temple is found in Vrindavan. The temple was initiated by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness also known as ISKCON and eateries based on the foods prepared are the prasadam standards. Thus, it is a place for devotees and tourists too; they get the feelings of worship; joyful festivals; and daily kirtans.

3. Prem Mandir

The other architectural marvel which one would be forgiven to think that was built in the recent past is the Prem Mandir which is known as the temple of divine love. Finally, this beautiful temple made of Italian white marble is for Radha Krishna and Sita Ram only. Nice carving and sculptors, beautiful lights all make the place comfortable for any person who is living in Vrindavana.

4. Radha Raman Temple

Currently, the oldest and one of the most venerated temples of Vrindavan is the temple of Radha Raman constructed by Gopala Bhatta Goswami in 1542 AD. The principal deity Shrinathji is the Swaymbhu deity of Lord Krishna as Radha Raman, which literally refers to one who is acceptable to Radha. Many worshippers as well as other visitors go to the temple mainly as a result of the quiet and calm surrounding of the area.

5. Rangaji Temple

Rangaji Temple is one of the most important Krishna’s Vaishnava temples located in Vrindavan dedicated to Lord Ranganatha, another form of Lord Vishnu and the architecture of the temple is of Dravidian style. Located in the village which was established in the year 1851, the temple houses a fine gopuram or tower, a water body, and landscaped garden. In architectural perspective it has a peculiar feature – it has South Indian and North Indian architecture combined together.

Temples of Vrindavan India are not only pious establishments but are the museums of cultures and history and most importantly places of Prayed. All these temples are quite different, but regardless of that, they all reflect the long history of spirituality of the Country and the unchanging love for Lord Krishna.
