Hello! I just needed to comment on how much we were impressed with the Turkish Airlines BEY Terminal staff at the Terminal. We had a nighttime flight and were a little worn out when we arrived, but the warm service was a huge difference. The check-in process was quick, and they even gave our children some stickers and coloring books—so considerate! Security was handled well, and we discovered a comfortable waiting area close to the gate. All of it seemed smooth, organized, and peaceful. It really set the tone for the rest of our journey to Istanbul.
