Andaman Tour Package – My Personal Experience Exploring Paradise on Earth

The Journey Begins: Landing in Port Blair

The moment the flight touched down at Veer Savarkar International Airport in Port Blair, the air felt different – fresh, calm, and filled with the scent of the ocean. Port Blair was just the beginning of a trip that turned out to be one of the most memorable travel experiences. This wasn’t just a vacation; it was a true journey into untouched nature, clear blue waters, and warm hospitality. This is not just another "Andaman tour package". It’s a memory for life.

Havelock Island – Beauty Beyond Words

After a short ferry ride, we reached Havelock Island (now called Swaraj Dweep). The island welcomed us with white sandy beaches and calm turquoise waters. The highlight of this island was Radhanagar Beach, which was honestly the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The sand was soft and white, the waves gentle, and the sunset magical.

We also went to Elephant Beach for water sports. I tried snorkeling here, and the underwater view was breathtaking. Even for a first-timer like me, the instructors made it easy. Coral reefs, colourful fishes – it was a different world. If you're considering an Andaman tour package, don’t skip Havelock.

Neil Island – Peace and Simplicity

From Havelock, we took another ferry to Neil Island (Shaheed Dweep). This island was smaller but so peaceful. Fewer people, more silence, and untouched beaches. Bharatpur Beach was calm and perfect for swimming. The glass-bottom boat ride here showed us the marine life without even getting wet.

We ended our day at Laxmanpur Beach, where the sunset painted the sky orange and pink. Neil Island is where time really slows down.

Ross Island – History and Ruins

Back in Port Blair, we visited Ross Island (now Subhash Dweep). Once the administrative headquarters during British rule, this place now stands as a quiet ruin with roots and walls merging into one. Peacocks and deer roam freely here. It’s quiet, peaceful, and full of stories.

North Bay & Jolly Buoy – The Underwater Kingdom

Our next adventure was North Bay Island, a hotspot for sea walking. I had never walked on the sea floor before, and the experience was out of this world. Coral gardens, sea anemones, and colourful fish were all around us.

Jolly Buoy Island was a surprise. It is part of a protected marine area and only open for certain months. Crystal-clear water, no plastic zone, clean surroundings – perfect for snorkeling and just enjoying nature the right way.

Baratang – Nature’s Wonders

One of the most adventurous days was when we went to Baratang Island. We started early morning, took a vehicle ferry, then drove through forest roads to see the Limestone Caves. It felt like being inside a painting – the formations were unique and beautiful.

And yes, we also saw the mud volcano – a rare sight in India. The entire journey through mangrove creeks was as memorable as the destination.

Hidden Gems and Twin Islands

We also made time to visit Redskin Island, which is a great alternative when Jolly Buoy is closed. Long Island felt untouched and wild – very few tourists, raw beaches, and forest walks.

Cinque Island and Ross & Smith Islands were the highlights for photography. A sandbar connecting two islands – it looks like a scene from a dream.

Little Andaman – The Road Less Taken

If someone is looking for something raw and untouched, Little Andaman is it. Waterfalls, surf spots, and less crowd – it’s perfect for explorers.
