Minda Corporation Forms Joint Venture with Toyodenso of Japan

The partnership aims to deliver comprehensive solutions encompassing the design, development, manufacturing, and marketing of automotive switches for two-wheelers, passenger vehicles, and other segments of the Indian automotive market. Minda Corporation will hold a majority stake in the newly formed joint venture, with a shareholding structure of 60:40. The venture has already secured initial orders from customers across India. A greenfield manufacturing facility is planned in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with operations expected to begin in the second half of FY 2026-27.
