I recently flew with Batik Air from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI), and my experience at the Batik Air BKI Terminal was smooth and pleasant. The airline operates from Terminal 1, which is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. Check-in was quick, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Security and boarding procedures were efficient, with clear instructions and minimal waiting time. There were plenty of seating areas and a decent selection of food and shops while waiting for my flight. I appreciated how everything was well signposted, which made the whole process stress-free. Overall, the Batik Air BKI Terminal provided a comfortable and efficient travel experience. I’d definitely choose to fly from BKI with Batik Air again!
