Another major change is the introduction of Form 8, which simplifies quarterly reporting for builders. Developers can now easily submit Gujarat RERA project details and progress updates every quarter, making it easier for buyers to track the real-time development of their projects.

RERA has also become stricter about advertising rules. Every advertisement, brochure, or digital campaign must now display the Gujarat RERA registration number and a QR code that links directly to the project details on the official portal. This helps buyers verify Gujarat RERA project status instantly and prevents false claims or pre-launch promotions by unregistered builders.
