Coil coatings, also known as prepainted steel or prepainted aluminum, are polymeric coatings that are applied to metal coils during a continuous coil coating process. Curing - Once coated, the coils pass through curing ovens where the coatings are cured and crosslinked through the application of heat. This results in fully cured coatings that achieve their final protective and aesthetic properties.

Cooling and Coiling - The fully coated and cured coils are then cooled and recoiled for storage and shipment to product manufacturers.

Quality Control and Testing - At various stages, quality control tests are conducted to ensure the coatings meet specifications in terms of thickness, adhesion, gloss etc. Finished coils are also tested for properties like flexibility, impact resistance and longevity.

- Polyvinyl chloride (PVC): Used for outdoor furniture, signage due to durability.

Hybrid Coatings:
