Salleri is a small town in the Sol Khumbu region of Nepal that serves as the gateway to the Everest region. You should take a bus from Kathmandu to Saleri. Travel time is approximately 8-10 hours.

The trek from Saleri follows winding roads through beautiful Sherpa villages, lush forests and scenic landscapes. Trek through villages such as Lingmo, Bupsa, Surke and Phakding before joining the main Everest Base Camp trek at Namche Bazaar.
