Don't forget the power of a good rinse! After brushing and flossing, rinse your mouth with water to remove loosened plaque and debris.

  3. Brush on the Go: Traveling doesn't have to mean neglecting your oral hygiene. Pack a travel-sized toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss to maintain your routine.
  4. Replace Your Brush: Toothbrush bristles become frayed and less effective over time. Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months, or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
