The Screen Printing Process

Setting up the screen: Screens used in industrial screen printing are made of synthetic mesh stretched over a frame. Repeating the process: Additional screens can be used in sequence to deposit extra ink colors in correct alignment through successive print cycles, enabling vibrant multi-color designs. Registration is key for precision.
